  • Don't you need a counter weight so the motor won't. Force too much?

  • Hi Mike, great video as I am new to using a rotisserie. I just purchased a Charbroil 4 burner grill and was wondering if I can take a rectangular baking sheet and place it on the burner covers to catch the grease when putting chicken on the grate for grilling. I think this wold save a lot of grill clean up. As it is easier to just remove the grates then the rectangular baking sheet and cleaning that and not the inside of the grill. Brian

  • hi there, I just watched this (did a google search for "how to bbq rotisserie chicken)  as I'm going to try doing a bbq rotisserie chicken for the first time tomorrow – I also want to cook 2, but I think there is just 1 set of the "book end forks" in the rotisserie kit I bought – is it possible to just put the chickens on together with the "book end forks" at each end of both chickens?  (meaning, not use 4 "forks" but just 2? or is that a bad idea?   thanks!

  • Great video! Very informative with good details. What should the temperature gage read during the cooking process? I have a Weber 470, a little smaller barbecue. When I set the heat to your recommendations my barbecue goes over 600°

  • Hi, I bought your book off of Amazon, and loved it.  I was wondering, how do you clean the welding gloves after you use them being that they look like they are suede?  Thanks….
