Gordon Ramsay will screw her for washing the mushrooms!
We always eat the gills. Nothing happened.
Great recipe! Nice refreshing mix of flavors. Mushrooms are one of my favs. I always gently wash mushrooms because there's always some degree of dirt on them. I'm not soaking them in a bowl for 10 minutes, just quickly washing them under running water:) As far as soaking up the water, since you remove the gills which tends to retain water, I don't feel threatened they soak up too much as it evaporates and cooks back out…so for me, that's not a concern:) Thx again!
never wash a mushroom!
Thank you. I tried this tonight for dinner and it was brilliant.
iv always ate the gills is that wrong?
Thanx!
Great recipe
NO seasoning on the mushrooms themselves before grilling? Cold stuffing? The breadcrumbs are a soggy mess without heat. If the stuffing is not being cooked, why stuff them on the grill? It's easier to transfer from grill to plate while they are empty and just stuff them on the plate. Good effort, but poor recipe.
I made it for my family. But I didn't find fresh cilantro so I bought fresh basil and put into it some olive too. It was gorgeous!Thank you for the recipe.
Looks yummy! I have a couple questions.Where did you get your grill or did it come with the stove? Could I do this on a George Foreman Grill?
These look delicious!

Hi, Bhavana, had oil bath or what ?
I have a similar recipe but instead of bread crumbs I bind with goat cheese. It is a wonderful, tangy, alternative. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Bhavna, can you do a video for mamra? I can't find it on your website. Thanks 🙂
Bhavna,
Where do you live? USA?
Looking really yummy this is going to be on my plate soon. Thanks
Thank you bhavnaji for replying so quick i really really like u r cooking ideas i try to make all the different dishes u have on u tube, the way u show very easy and simple.
Recipe is good…. But one advice…. U may put the mushroom with stuffing under broiler…. It will slightly melt the cheese and for sure will taste better….
