  • I love all your receipes. But to be honest I just learnt that it is very unhealthy to add sugar to meat. It impacts eye sight and boost blood sugar.

  • I just found you and am working my way through your recipes. Right away I made your so easy artisan bread. Think I may add a tiny bit of sugar or some other spice. You said this is a basic bread and one can add whatever so I think Iโ€™ll experiment on adding different things. Iโ€™ve never made such an easy bread! Much thanks!

  • Lack of regimented exercise programs during your adult life is the reason, not a normal amount of animal fat intake, she's no expert, the tiny amount of fat she removed is of no consequence! And the meat looks dry.

  • Meat fat does NOT cause heart disease it feeds the nerve fibers and mitochondria… feeds myelin sheath … sugars trigger raised insulin which triggers heart disease… donโ€™t fear fat!!! The fat is good donโ€™t throw it away.
