This brings me back to hot summer days in Texas and BBQ! Live in Alaska now, and as amazing as it is here, I miss things like this! I definitely need to smoke some cheese!

Mr. Rollins, I love you and yours, but I'm on a diet. So I'm going to need you to stop posting for a while!
I put a 6 inch ducting on my Smoker and let it travel a few feet and can get a cold smoke without ice. It looks funny but as long as you have enough ducting you could channel that smoke through an ice chest too. Love your videos and I think your approach is probably way easier than mine. Gonna try it out soon!

Cowboy Kent, do you have an approximate temperature your grill was reading at the top? I've got a komodo type smoker and can build a pretty small fire, but can manage temp pretty good too. Thanks!

Kent I have always heard when smoking any thing you don't want any bark it's supposed to give a more bitter taste more than one old timer has told me that you have any thoughts on that?
