  • When you say two cans of salmon, I assume you mean the little cans? I see canned pink salmon or red salmon. I can never figure out if there's a difference.

  • Pineapple Salsa:
    – pineapple
    – pepper
    – tomato
    – red onion
    – cilantro
    – jalapeno pepper
    – lime
    – salt & pepper

    Main Course:
    – wild-caught pink salmon
    – egg
    – rice bread crumbs
    – garlic
    – basil
    – lemon
    – Dijon mustard
    – shallot
    – sea salt & pepper
    – paprika
    – garlic powder

    Toppings:
    – Hass avocado
    – butter lettuce

    Minor Ingredients:
    – avocado oil

Pineapple is the main ingredient for the salsa, it seems. Use whatever vegetable or spice you have in the pantry or refrigerator.
Wild-caught pink salmon is the main ingredient. But I think the egg and bread crumbs are also important, because egg may help the salmon fibers bind together, and the bread crumbs may produce a crunchy layer on top and moist interior. The other ingredients are really just spices. Again, use whatever you have in your fridge/pantry.
Butter lettuce is used in this recipe, probably because butter lettuce leaves are shaped like cups. Red lettuce leaves and green lettuce leaves are good for rolling, because they are so soft. Romaine lettuce leaves are too stiff to be rolled and too narrow to be used like cups.
Hass avocado. America's favorite avocado, because the bumpy texture on the skin allows the fruit to be easily transported across the USA without bruising.
Avocado oil is used because of the high smoke point. Coconut oil also has a high smoke point.

So, you just need some kind of oil with high smoke point, one Hass avocado, one butter lettuce or green leaf or red leaf lettuce head, one wild-caught pink salmon fillet, one pineapple, and some additional spices in your house. Sea salt and pepper would probably be in everyone's house.
