We tried this recipe today and it was not at all good. what I observed is, the raw garlic in between the slices spoiled the whole sandwich. Next time, I will first cook garlic a bit in butter and then mix it with other ingredients and place inside sandwich. I saw in Kabita's Kitchen channel that for making garlic toast she first cooks garlic separately, then places it in sandwich and cook.
