  • If this is half as delectable to the pallet as it is looks to the eye, you've got something. Got to try it! Thanks for the tickle….

  • Thanks so much for this. First time I tried baby octopus and used this recipe a lot to help boil and chargrill. My family loved everything about it expecially the dressing. Cheers!

  • This dish shatters the Mind and just stunning! We eat with our eyes first and the visual colors and presentation on this dish is just over the top Mind Blowing and with Art. People want to eat your dishes through the screen! I've watched many many Youtube Cooks and Chefs and subscribe to many that have way way more subscribers then you do, some are niche cuisine cooks. But few if any I've seen (maybe some do) really have your level of Skill, Artfulness, Presentation, Teachability and level of Elegance as you do, so it also blows my mind why you don't have that much more subscribers. Your skills are clearly evident in your preparation of every dish!. You really rock cooking good high quality healthy, fresh and simple foods… just with more elegance, presentation and skill to the eyes.

But keep at it my man and you will soon reach 100K > 1M Subscribers. I'll be here as long as you keep making dishes. A person like you with this much skill that pump on beautiful stunning to eat dishes time after time after time just can't remain hidden and not noticed by the masses who appreciate good quality food. Yes lesser cooks and chefs have more subscribers. It puzzles my mind understanding that too since your not a new chef here on Youtube. As well i can't imagine why 18 people are hating on this video and why anyone hate your dishes. But then this is the internet and some things never make sense also. Keep Inspiring us Steve.

As much as i don't really like to watch the Food Network these days because its less about real cooking and more about game show food, i'd really like for you to try out for the Next Food Network Star or even your own Cooking Show. Maybe try out for Chopped. Your own show on the Cooking Channel the sister network to Food Network. If even to challenge your own skills to improve in some way as everyone can improve. Challenge and beat Bobby Flay to a throw down or something. Man your skills are too good to not be displayed to the rest of the world. Yet having said that it means if you do those shows, its likely we may loose seeing you here doing more personalized cooking for us all here. Your skills are just amazing.

Edit: I personally just submitted you for consideration for the Next Food Network Star or some kind of consideration.

  • I always say it's about the presentation and boy did you present this dish….LOL…..absolutely gorgeous! I subscribed to your channel awhile ago & since I have not seen one dish that wasn't just amazing. I think that you would greatly profit from a cookbook or even your own tv show. You have a fan in me for as long as you keep posting these delicious & pleasing to the eye recipes 😉 Keep up the good work Steve!

  • beautful beautiful beautiful, is all about the presentation but if the presentation is amazing the combination of the flavours have to be amazing as well, so I'm wondering if all this ingredients and flavours will cover the main and light flavour of the octopus

  • amazing colors, this should also work with grilled tuna instead of octopus, great job – the presentation is stunning
