Should brining always be done, or only when the cut is as thick as the one here? I've seen a lot of recipes where they don't even mention brining.

I loved your instructional video on how to brine and cook pork chops. It was really educational and helpful. However, the intro gave me a weird image to start with talking about food such as pork that can tend to be pink or bloody. I don’t know if this association was intentional but that was the effect. I get that you were trying to be funny. It’s your show so do what you want but it wasn’t working for me at all. You are very talented and I hate that most of what all the comments are about your intro and not your recipe. I get that you are trying to be entertaining. If a dude was talking about poop while he did a video on fudge I wouldn’t like that either. I guess maybe y’all just prefer low brow humor. I think that kind of humor can make you appear like you don’t really know what your doing. Although I can clearly see that you are very cable. Keep doing your thing if it makes you happy.
