  • Weber Q roast chicken, fabulous with the Za-atar seasoning, local asparagus and corn on the cob grilled with new baby potatoes, sensational. Washed down with a couple of brewdog IPA (available world wide I believe) enjoyed on the patio in very sunny Scotland would you believe!

  • Just found your channel searching for indirect grilling on the Weber Q. The chicken looks fabulous! Do you think an onion would work in place of the lemon? Is the lemon primarily for moisture? Keep up the good work, great videos of wonderful food!

  • Sorry to read Weber has discontinued the roasting rack and shield. I bought a Q 2200 a year ago because our condo does not permit charcoal. I used to be good with ribs but have found the propane indirect grilling a real challenge. I am sorry Weber has chosen not to support their products. Thank god for the Fire Escape Griller.

  • Nice grilling, but Za'atr is something we add to sweets and pastries. There are other herbs for cooking meat.

  • I used to stuff slices of garlic underneath the skin all over the chicken. Have you tried doing that? Also, have you tried putting cheese under the skin as well?
