"Impaling process" I see what you did there
In Turkey they usually don’t cook it on the cast iron.Instead of that they use a little bit wider skewers and it hangs on the bbq. The meat doesn’t touch anything so, it won’t stick or burn.
It's not pronounced Ke babs. It's still pronounced Kebobs. The a is not pronounced like a in apple, more like the a in awful.
AS far AS I know, cinnamon is not used in any savory dishes in Turkish Cuisine other than sweet dishes. Use of cinnamon is seen often in other middle eastern cuisines. Add more oil to the mixture for meat easy to cook.
Nice
I made this and it blew my mind. Everyone wants the recipe. Sticking it on a Frankengyro today with your tzatziki sauce. I am the Sir of my Loin, after all. Keep up the great work and the dad jokes.

The recipe looks as it’s in Turkey except ketchup and cinnamon!! You can find tomatoes paste any grocery store and you do not need to put cinnamon. You can serve with rice, bulgur and yoghurt drink!

I am running out of adjectives but it deffinatly made my mouth water and I agree that yogurt lends a special something to anything you add it to, especially marinades.
