Fabulous! Easy to watch and very enjoyable viewing!
I'm excited to go cook my tri tip steak now!
Thank you (from Tasmania)
As a California, I must say that I find the idea of a New Yorker telling me how to cook tri tip laughable. Still, she does a good job … for a New Yorker.
wow, a shame she missed an opportunity to mention how they serve it at a BIKUR BAR

Coffee? as in coffee grounds? Aren't they a bit grainy?
I was born, raised, and I live in SM, so I can get it wherever, Whenever I want!
It would be nice to learn more of the common cuts and names, but I learned something I never even thought about. Cutting it across the grain to make it easier to chew, that makes so much sense, if you think about it.
Well that made me hungry!!
It looks so good
Oh man I want some right now
That is exactly how it's done.
Who is this person?
