I like my vegetables better cooked, those are quite raw… Never will grill vegetables!
I have a deep grill pan with holes in it– I first line it with foil and poke holes in bottom. Cover with more foil, and Steam variety on grill (including sliced potato), then, remove foil and tumble the vegs to take on flame and char–and by keeping in pan, no loss through grates.
I bet this guy wants a tip for a tip lol….I can say this guy seem more authentic than Martha Stewart

Veggies are not cooked well. still raw.
I came here in hopes to finding a vegetable dish I can enjoy. But left disappointed like every other video I watch. Oil…and salt is your flavoring? Why not just eat it raw? Since it's practically the same damn thing. I have a family that has trouble eating veggies and so I was trying to find a creative way to cook them where they have a lot of flavor that overpowers that raw nasty taste. :/ I guess I'll keep looking.
