The Best Grilled Beans Salad (Quick and Easy Recipe)



Our grilled green bean salad is packed with flavor and the perfect side dish for your next gathering. Made with fresh green beans, snow peas, kalamata olives, garlic and a splash of citrus, this will quickly become your next go-to healthy meal.

Ingredients
· 283 grams green beans (10 oz)
· 119 grams snow peas (4 oz)
· 8 kalamata olives
· 3 garlic cloves, minced
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
· 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
· Oil for pan
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the green beans, olives, garlic, black pepper, salt and olive oil; marinate for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Heat a grill pan on medium high heat with olive oil; separate the green beans from the mixture and add to pan. Saute the green beans for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Step 3: Add in the remaining snow peas/olives mixture and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp and lightly charred. Add in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and stir.
