Smoked Beef Ribs | Texas Style BBQ Dino Ribs Recipe
In today’s video I am smoking one of BBQ’s most iconic items, the Dino Rib.
Smoked Beef Ribs are full of flavor and easy and (comparatively) fast to make. A great alternative to Brisket in less than half the time.
The adventure starts when you are trying to buy these at the butcher. Many butchers cut a Beef Plate Rib down into Short Ribs or individual Ribs, ask him to sell you the entire piece. It usually comes with two pieces in a cryovac bag, about 10-12lbs of Beef Rib with 3-4 bones each.

Lol, smoke ring has no flavor value, it sure does…
Surprised about the lack of smoke ring? What kind of wood did you use?
Great video dude..! My mouth is watering now. Big sub from me and keep these fantastic videos coming.??
Sebastián fenomenal video PERFECTO que colores tan bonito y el fondo oscuro de la noche lo hace todo natural.
Bendiciones para ti y tu equipo de trabajo por ofrecer un servicio de tanta calidad. GRACIAS.
Where can i find a functional reasonably priced smoker? Thanks.
A favorite for family gatherings….always gets the "WOW" when pulled off with the big bones and huge meat for a lot less time than brisket! Curious as to why you pulled the bottom grate and lit the fire in the ash chamber?
Beautiful cutting board, love the American flag design. And those ribs?? WOW!! I'm going to find me some dino-ribs to smoke!! And I looked up that knife. LOL, if I bought the knife I could never afford the dino-ribs…
Yes what knife is that?
Again another great recipe

Sebastian, is that a Samurai Sword you cut them with?? Beautiful knife!!
