Microwave Frozen Grilled Shrimp Recipe, Breville Combi Wave 3 in 1. Grilled shrimp from frozen, using the Breville Combi Wave 3 in 1. The Breville Combi Wave is a combination microwave, convection oven and air fryer. It is able to defrost and grill frozen shrimp. The microwave defrosts the frozen shrimp, and then the Fast Combi feature uses a combination of microwave, convection oven and grill features, to finish cooking the shrimp. Ingredients:
12 Frozen Shrimp, 8 ounces
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions:
1. Cover the frozen shrimp with oil and seasoning.
2. Place shrimp into the Crisper Pan for the Breville Combi Wave.
3. Place the Crisper Pan into the Breville Combi Wave, with the legs folded in.
4. Press the From Frozen button.
5. Adjust to the Fish setting.
6. Adjust the weight to 8 ounces, or the weight for the amount of shrimp.
7. Press Start to begin the cook. There will be a 10 minute defrost and 6 minute cook.
8. Test the shrimp is cooked with a meat thermometer.
9. Enjoy!
