  • Indirect is the way to go,saw something similar @ Serious Eats/Food Lab interior gets heated up gently & more evenly.I used medium flame and flipped steaks every 5 minutes but use an instant read thermometer – every grill setting is different

  • Thanks for the video! What temperature was your grill? I usually get mine up to around 500 for indirect heat grilling. Also, what temperature was your meat?
