the butt is high up on the leg its also called the pork shoulder. The picnic is the lower leg even if you turn the pig upside down!!
Hey… new smoker. Question, could you please tell me your temp setting during your cooking. I think I understand that you smoke it all night and the only time you turned from smoke was to 350 …. is this right? Looks great, I want my to look the same!
