How to Recipe for Brining a Pork Chop for 24 Hours, Grilling it, and Adding My Mango Peach Salsa

I wanted so much to fully grill these Pork Chops but my charcoal stopped heating, so I had to finish them in the oven. It wasn’t a problem, they still tasted amazing with that Mango Peach Salsa that is the next video below this one. Mango Peach Salsa and Pork Chops go so well together, you are going to love it!!!

  • Debbie one other thing that forgot to mention is weber has a grill that is hinged on two ends now you can add your unlit charcol to your bbq without having to remove your grill.you can pick them up at home depot or lowes for like $20 and some change.

  • First off, the place where you live is just totally awesome.I would love a place like that, especially when I retire. a nice looking cook as well Debbie.so sorry you had finish it in the oven.for the weber cooking (which is what I use) check out the minion methode or the snake methode for longer cooks its on you tube.basically your putting unlit charcoal on already lit charcoal to make your heat last longer.as the lit charcoal starts to die down it ignites the new charcoal making it last longer. the snake methode is in the same sence, you start a fire at one end and then create a snake of unlit charcoal  and as it burns the hot charcoal it starts the unlit coals.also banking your coal to one side gives you a hot zone and a cool zone in case your fire gets away from you.I never use charoal starter strickely a charcoal chimeny..hope this helps, feel free to ask any more questions,Cris
