  • I thinly spread mustard on both sides of the meat then melt real butter in a pan. When its hot drop the steak in and add dark soy sauce. Once its cooked to your liking, plate the stake and pour the juices from the pan over the stake. I don't like mustard as a rule but it's delicious after cooking with it.

  • want a easy ass marinade??? steak sauce (wrshshshshsh substitute), Soy Sauce, Lime juice (one lime) garlic powder, (optional) chili or cayenne powder. everything is a option to flavor ..so teaspoons could be a table spoon.. whatever you like acquired to taste your marinade first. should be placed in a flat container flipped for both sides covering every side.. refrigerate as long as you want uncovered until cook time.

  • using soy sauce to marinate a steak with olive oil is sacrilege. stick to Asian ingredients if you want to go Asian. you waste the olive oil and the soy sauce. soy doesn't go well with olive oil.

  • For those at home this is a good start, but its a VERY herby taste. If you like that then this is for you. I'm about to use this recipe as a base and half the amount of herbs it calls for and replace it with idk something i havent decided yet.
