  • this is a great video and I'd like to mention that that's a very dry dough, it's 33% hydration when pizza dough is normally over 60%. Also that's way too much yeast, you don't need so much, use less and let the dough proof longer, it'll improve the taste. One more detail is that instant dry yeast doesn't need to be mixed into warm water. You can even use very cold water and it'll still work. Cold water is better because the dough will be less sticky during kneading therefore overall easier to handle, also it will take longer to raise, so you can let it proof even longer and improve the taste even better.

  • This looks really good but it kind of look like the cook used the same brush to oil the grates to oil the pizza. Gross, guys! You should have divided the mixture. Its snowing here but as soon as warm weather hits, we'll be making this!
