Enjoy this Flaming Hot home made Portuguese peri peri chicken recipe that i love cooking for friends and family, either baked in the oven, BBQ it or simply pan grill it like I have in this recipe. Remember you can either use a whole chicken or pieces. I have used boneless chicken thighs because 1. they cook quickly, second they are much more tender and juicer and third dark meat is much more flavorful and tastier.

Here is the list of the Ingredients needed:

900gm Chicken Boneless Thighs
1 Tbs Oregano
1 Tbs Smoked Paprika Powder
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbs Black Pepper Crushed
4 Tbs Olive oil

3 Medium Tomatoes
2 Inch Ginger
1 Whole Garlic
2 Red Onions
3 Tbs Olive Oil
3 Red Thai Chillies
4 Small yellow Bell Peppers
2 Dried or fresh Bay leaves
2 Small Red Bell Peppers
2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1 Twig of Thyme
1 Twig of Rosemary
Rock-Salt As Per Liking
