How to Make Arrosticini — Grilling Around The World, Italy Edition



Rome, Italy — Shot on a terrace overlooking St. Peter’s Cathedral. Grilling arrosticini — skewers of lamb and mutton. The meat is cooked on a long, slender, trough-styled grill and seasoned only with salt, then served over bread (with extra-virgin olive oil and more salt) — a typical dish from the Abruzzo region, which lies 50 miles east of Rome and runs up to the Adriatic coast.
