Jamaica/ Hibiscus Birria recipe

7 chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
3 Tbs AC vinegar
2 Tbs guajillo chili powder
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbs achiote
1 Tbs oil
1/2 Tbs oregano
1/2 Tbs sugar
1 Tsp ground cumin
1 Tsp Salt (to taste)
1/8 Tsp ground clove
