  • It's a bit of a tricky name name "smoke-less" it could easily be read as smokeless. Hmmm I wonder how smoky it is. This is an infomercial so we cannot believe anything the host says.

  • I love this little grill. It gets plenty hot, does a T-bone to perfection and it's NOT hard to clean. Just follow directions. I am on the 3rd floor of a condo by the beach and I am only allowed an 'electric' grill, which before this was a 'George Foreman'. No thanks. I use it on the balcony since I have a parrot and the BBQ grill is non stick. PFE is deadly to parrots. Anyway, I've used it twice, (ribs and steak) and I do not regret buying it. It's not a charcoal grill and if that is what you expect, move on. For condo life, it's perfect.

  • Saw demo done by "Rambling Reviews with Kelly: The philips HD6372 Infrared grill review"
Got a shock of how dirty after each BBQ session done on the 4 sides inside the griller as well as the difficult in cleaning below the mirror ! Finally, the MOST important item (stainless steel rack) that would eventually drop off one by one every time we clean ! Noticed that only WARM and ON functions ! We can't reduce the heat ! With such a costly price and stainless steel rack like "glue on type" , not worth as soon, you hv to discard yr stainless steel rack !

  • This grill is not smokeless it's SMOKE less. A completely misleading claim! Your house will get filled with smoke at the ceiling if you eat your meat cooked. I am a disappointed customer needless to say! Save your money here folks! I will make a video to post on YouTube as proof!

  • I just returned this grill. Don't believe the hype – it does not get hot enough to sear in any sort of reasonable time. Notice the editing of the video between the sear claim and showing the steak grill marks. Phillips claims 446 degrees. If so, why could I hold my hand 1/4" from the grill plate after 10 minutes of warm-up and and feel no discomfort for 10-15 seconds? I get that some people like this, but for an experienced cook, this does not get to the kind of temperatures required to classify it as a "grill" in any normal sense of the term.
