Ingredients:

• Chicken breast cut in 2
• 1 tbsp of chopped parsley

• 4 minced garlic cloves
• ½ lemon zest
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 minced onion

• 1 tbsp of tomato paste
• Salt to your liking

• Black pepper to your liking

• 1 tsp of paprika

• ¼ tsp of chilli flakes
• ½ tsp of turmeric
• ½ tsp of cumin powder

For the vegetables:
• Broccoli florets steamed
• Sweet potatoes steamed and mashed
