Grilling Wild Game | Bacon Wrapped Backstrap | Roger Raglin Diet

Grilling wild game is something I love to do and wrap it in bacon and it is even better. Wild game is the original organic and is a healthy meat for you to it. Venison loin or backstrap is nice and tender and has great flavor. You can have smoked deer loin or grill it up and don’t forget to wrap it in bacon. BBQ backstrap is great for grilling on a diet or any other form of venison. So you could use elk, muledeer or white tail deer. Any of these will taste great and will surely put a smile on the face of your guest. Remember to stop by Roger Raglin Outdoors and check out his diet and some of his recipes for the Roger Raglin Diet. • Hey man, what I like about you is that you make mistakes and go with it. We've all done it. What I hate the most about these YouTube cookers is when they make a mistake the edit it out even though anyone that knows how to cook has seen it first. Keep on keeping on. It will all eat! Good videos! Enjoy watching them

  • Thank you Chef Johnny for sharing another great video with us. This video couldn't have come at a better time. By now, hunting season is upon us in many parts of the country.

It's been quite some time since I've been able to get out in the field to harvest some big game but, I remember the many times we supped/ate, some venison backstrap for our supper. Sure wish we'd had this recipe back then.

We enjoy each and every video you upload and we thank you for sharing each one of them.

  • I love dear meat… but I can never get it right off the grill… you say you missed yours a little… but at least it was still moist… I dry that stuff out every time! Great recipe chef. Take care.
