Grilling Vegetables on the Big Green Egg | This mom grills!!

These sweet peppers from ALDI are great to grill! I’m doing this on our Big Green Egg but you can do it on any grill!! I love grilling vegetables in the summer instead of roasting them. The secret is to get a great grilling basket.

What is your favorite non-meat item to grill?

Directions:
Season peppers with olive oil and salt
Place in Grilling Basket
Put on indirect heat. My Grill was around 350 degrees
8 minutes in, flip peppers and place directly over flames
Cook for another 7 minutes for 15 minutes total (check often)
