  • You notice, he's cooking with gas… yeah, gas!!! Better to cook with gas!!! Yeah, and you should use at least 1 serano pepper per each steak. For really hot, 1 jalapeno pepper! Yeah, it's too much! Really good!

  • Dont put pepper on the steak before searing it … it will burn and taste like charcoal :/ Try the same with fresh ground pepper that you season the stake with right after pulling it out of the pan before you rest it.

  • Anybody that believes this stupid idiot should be arrested and locked away in a mental institution if you get your cast iron as hot as he does you take a chance of it breaking the minute you put any thing cool in it, but after looking at his so called cast iron I see that it’s not a real cast iron skillet but one of the newer one that is not pure cast iron like all mine but mine the newest I have is only 125 years old

  • medium/medium well is what I've graduated to. It seems most flavorful at this point, with just a little red. Like the man says, you have to use a good beef and voila, steak is whats for dinner. oh yeah

  • Any experienced Chef or Cook does NOT need a meat thermometer to know it's doneness.

  • Best way to cook a perfect steak is the Sous Vide method. 135 degree for two hours. Use the cast iron skillet (any pan will do) to sear the steak !!!!!

  • Better way to cook a perfect steak is the reverse rear method. Oven at 275, use a digital probe thermometer until steak reaches 135. Use the cast iron skillet (any pan will do) to sear the steak !!!!!

  • The applause sound track at the end and the cooks "absolute perfection" attitude is way over the top.

  • Goddamn! What temperature? I've watched at least ten videos on how to pan fry a ribeye and not one host will tell you what temperature to cook the steak. Come'on!
