  • BBQ steaks are supposed to have a hard, crispy outside and a juicy inside. Don’t know why people are complaining.

  • Lol no one in the comments knows what they are talking about. Its called charring, day one culinary school. Cooking on high heat creates this blackened look, its what you want if you want a juicy steak. It traps all the juice inside. If you were to cook a steak at less than 400 degrees it would take much longer and all of your juice would escape. The char is what makes the steak tender!

  • the best way. is to grilled on high temp. 4 to 5 min. each side, and then wrap the steaks on alum foil. bring the temp to 450 degree. and lower the flame to a min. leave it for 5 to 10 mins. and you will get a tender, juicy full of flavor profecional grilled steak. this is for topsirloin steaks.

  • How To Turn Your Sirloin Steak Into Charcoal: "First get your grill as hot as the sun hotter the better. Then place your steak inside the grill and pay no attention to that flair up as its doing its job and turning your steak into black flaky ass charcoal, resist the urge to open it as this will let out the burning heat. Next flip your steak and repeat on the second side. It might not be as good as store bought charcoal but you can have the satisfaction of making it yourself after watching this video"
