  • I've seen where some people wrap a few ice cubes up with the corn. Any idea why they do that? I've grilled and smoked them in foil before. Just wondering about the ice cube method.

  • I just did it this way , in foil , but. Corn on the husk is way , way fuckin better , the bbq smoke can get threw the smoke .. Not the foil …

  • If you don't have corn can you use twinkies? I mean they're basically the same thing, obviously because they're both yellow.

  • Hello. You can place the corn on the bottom rack, cook on low and turn them more frequently.

  • Would this work if you dont have the top wire rack? Or will it cook too fast?

  • Grilling is applying direct heat and letting the flavor of the item being grilled come out. With some seasonings of course.

BBQing is about adding flavor to the food while cooking, using wood and or bbq coals. Trust me, try your corn this way and let me know what you think. Everyone I serve it to loves it!

  • Does this method offer the "grilled taste"? Its wrapped in aluminum foil and unable to get direct smoke from the fire or wood chips. Also would you grill corn (or beans) directly on the wire without cover from foil? I like veggies but I need new ways to cook them and grilling is my "new" way. Thanks for any help you can offer. 🙂

  • great advice, shame about the totsally saturated sound. Far too much distortion. Well I've seen it now, don't need to listen again. Thanks for the upload all the same.

  • I watched this video about a year ago and have used this method numerous times since then. Works great, the only way to go.

  • Worked with amazing results. Corn tasted excellent and it was way more fun than standing inside and boiling it!

  • we grilled some corn last night with our chicken fajitas. I started off on the grill and after about 10 minutes of turning it every so often, I wrapped it in foil and moved it to the top to finish cooking. Finished off with some Lime-Butter with fresh cracked black pepper. Good stuff

  • This video lends itself to corny humor. Hopefully people will lend me an ear when I tell corn jokes. Aww shucks….. It gets steamy when the corn is cooking. Do people grill you for your cooking methods? If yopu have guests you can butter them up and it will get salty.

  • About how long will this take if I use charcoal? (my family only uses charcoal for some reason)
