This Shrimp and Sausage is a quick and easy Appetizer that you have to try!
We started out with a bag of large shrimp, and some conecuh sausage. Take your sausage and slice thin and then place the sausage in the round part of the shrimp. We use 3 inch toothpicks and go through the shrimp and sausage. season with your favorite seasoning.
To make the sriracha mayo you will need 1 cup of mayo, 3 tablespoons sriracha, juice of 1 lime, a pinch of garlic salt and a pinch of salt. This is a good base so adjust to your liking.
We cooked this on the Weber Kettle using the bbq vortex. we filled it halfway with royal oak charcoal and lit a tumbleweed firestarter to get it going. it got up to 350 degrees and we put the shrimp on. We let them go 5 minutes then gave them a flip, then let them go 10 more minutes and they were done.
Short prep time time and a short cook time!
