How to cook grouper

Today I made a delicious grilled grouper topped with a pineapple white wine sauce/glaze

Ingredients:
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 tspn of black pepper
2 tbsp of white sugar
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of diced pineapple 🍍
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
Melted butter
