  • Looks great but I think a more appropriate description is a brick of cheese coated in meatloaf. I was not expecting that as I watched the video.

  • ,wow what a meatloaf tami once again great video will have to do the recipe on my treager

  • I love all the cheese and that bacon looks really nice, I’m not a fan of standard meatloaf usually but this one looks killer. Awesome job guys!

  • At 9:00 as Tammy said you have to be pretty…
And I thought she was going to say "prepared for a massive heart attack as you enjoy this goodness".

Should I double up on my anti-cholesterol meds before or after I eat this? Tammy seemed to have left that information out. In all honesty though, this looks great and I'm with Jeff on not being so fond of your standard meatloaf, but this is anything but standard. Looks fantastic and when I'm feeling like testing out my arteries I think I'll give this a try.

  • I think this may be the best damn meatloaf I've ever seen.. A huge stick of Quacker barrel cheese.. hehehehe… Yummm..

  • get the real smoky favor yum > i quit bell peppers went to green chili peppers! for a replacement! Much more favor! i'll never grow or buy bell peppers ever again TRY IT! YOU"LL QUIT BELL PEPPERS TO

  • Bbq/smoked meat loaf is the only way to make meatloaf. I hated it, until I decided to smoke one. Now it's a staple in the monthly routine of cooking. I mix 50/50 beef burger to any (bear or venison) sausage you like. Great recipe here

  • that looks excellent ! I might use less cheese but I will try it…………

  • Now I really have to do a bbq meatloaf. I've thought about it in the past, but never got around to it. One thing I think I might do differently is to try squashing the meatloaf mixture out on a sheet pan and chilling it, before adding a layer of cheese and rolling it up jelly-roll style. If that worked out, the cheese would be more evenly distributed and the slices might hold together better. This may also be easier on a larger scale, as my meatloaves (?) usually weigh 7-8 lbs. I assume the taste would be about the same either way. Thanks for showcasing a new and delicious twist on a blue-collar American staple. Have a great week.

  • You guys sure know how to pick the title for your videos. Just reading that title made me immediately imagine the most awesome meal EVER! I freaking love meatloaf, but bacon-wrapped AND stuffed with cheese! HOLY S##T! Yes, please!
