Chef….I get my salmon frozen but all natural and wild caught. Like most the population who can't afford $8 for raw salmon, when for that price you can get 4 frozen, still all natural and wild caught. So we can't slice the fish like that.

I've made this before, and the other recipe for crab smashed potatoes and crispy salmon. The only thing I don't like is all the grease spatter clean up.
